What is Smart Reporting?
Smart Reporting simplifies your refuelling process by automatically converting your transactions into invoices quickly and effortlessly. This eliminates the need for separate tickets and extensive manual entry, saving you valuable time.
Register your debit card or credit card, and we will handle the rest. You will receive a free monthly invoice directly in your mailbox, ensuring you no longer need to spend extra time organizing your transactions.


What is the card number field?
This field contains a 16- or 17-digit number typically located next to the word “Card” on your bank card.


What are the BIC and IBAN fields?
The BIC (Bank Identifier Code) is an internationally unique code that distinguishes banks from one another. It varies by bank and can be easily found online.

In Belgium, the IBAN consists of 16 characters and begins with the letters “BE.”


Can I register for the Smart Reporting program with multiple merchants?
Yes, you can register with multiple merchants participating in the Smart Reporting program. Each month, you will receive a separate invoice for each merchant you’ve registered with, provided that you have made at least one transaction the previous monthusing the registered card for that merchant and ticked the “invoice” box  next to the cards you wish to cover.


What should I do if my registration is refused?

Which cards can I register?
You can register Bancontact, Maestro, Visa and MasterCard cards using your card number. Please note, we do not cover American Express, Discover, China UnionPay or JBC brands. For security purposes, the card number is immediately encrypted after registration, in accordance with applicable security standards.
Note: Maestro cards issued by Dutch banks have local numbers specific to each bank. Cardholders should contact their bank to obtain the internationally compliant number (PAN), which can be used for registration.


Can I register different cards for each merchant?
Yes, you may register multiple cards and assign them to different merchants. You can activate or deactivate specific cards per merchant and choose whether to receive individual invoice for each merchant and card.


Are payments made through Apple Pay, Google Wallet, or Samsung Pay displayed on my invoice?

Currently, wallet payments are not included in the Smart Reporting solution. To have transactions reflected on your invoice, please use a physical bank card for your payments.


What is an “a-posteriori” invoice?
This type of invoice covers transactions that occurred prior to the registration of your card. It is available for transactions dating back up to one year before registration. The invoice consolidates all transactions made before your card registration.


Is there a risk of double invoicing when requesting multiple a-posteriori invoices from the same merchant?
No. Due to legal requirements, the system automatically filters and blocks duplicate transactions, ensuring each transaction appears only once on a single invoice.


What is the maximum period covered by an a-posteriori invoice?
The maximum retrospective period is 12 months prior to your card registration.


How do I request an a-posteriori invoice?
To obtain an invoice for transactions up to one year before your card registration, simply select the relevant option from the menu located at the top right corner of your interface.


I would like to update my current password. Could you please advise me on the procedure?

Please log in to the Smart Reporting platform using your usual credentials. After successful login, navigate to the "Manage Profile" section and scroll to the "Login Credentials" area. Enter your new password in both fields, along with your current password for verification. Finally, scroll down and click "Save Changes." Your new password will then be activated.


I am unable to recall my password. Could you please advise on how to reset it?

Please navigate to the "Login" section and select the "Recover Password" option. Enter your email address, and a password reset link will be sent to you.
