This website is operated by G&V Energy Group, Harelbeeksestraat 120, 8520 Kuurne BELGIUM. By using this website, you accept the applicability of this these Terms of Use.
2. PURPOSE OF THIS WEBSITE
By registering one or more cards, this website allows you to get an overview of your recent card transactions, and to instruct us to send periodical invoices. A list of participating retailers can be seen in the FAQ.
This website should not be used for company critical purposes.
3. LIABILITY
While we take care to ensure that the data available on this website is correct and accessible, it may be inaccessible from time to time due to maintenance, and it may contain errors due to the complex interactions between various software / hardware layers of different parties. If errors do occur, please inform us, and we will try to correct them.
If, despite our best efforts, any damage should occur, then our maximum contractual and extra-contractual liability relating to your use of this website will be EUR 30. Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any indirect damage of any kind, such as loss of data, opportunities, revenue and anticipated savings. The aforementioned liability limitations shall, however, not apply in case of fraud or willful intent.
The customer also declares that these refueling expenses are not billed to him in any other way, not by his banking institution or any other means. In case of having wrongly incurred these expenses, the customer remains fully responsible for his actions.
The user declares that he bears responsibility when he activates cards to his account. If these are erroneously linked to the customer, he is responsible for the inaccuracy and or any fraud that may result.
4. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
To the extent allowed by applicable law, these Terms of Use shall be exclusively governed by Belgian law, and the courts of Brussels shall be competent to rule on any related disputes.
